Rebalance. Recharge.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing, therapy can offer a steady place to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, boundaries, self-worth, and academic or career stress. I have a particular interest in supporting young adults who are in seasons of change or self-definition. In our work together, my goal is to help you understand your inner world and feel safer being honest about your emotions, knowing you will be met without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, with grounded curiosity. Meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely understood rather than pressured to “fix” yourself. Our work is primarily relational and reflective, with gentle structure offered—such as mindfulness practices, utilizing coping skills, or small between-session exercises to support insight and growth.
I work in an attuned, thoughtful way that integrates emotional insight with practical support. Therapy involves exploring patterns that keep you stuck, increasing awareness of how emotions and thoughts shape your behavior, and strengthening trust in your own perspective and choices. I value being both supportive and gently direct, and I believe growth is most sustainable when it occurs within a relationship marked by respect, compassion, and authenticity.
Above all, therapy with me is a partnership. We will move at a pace that supports you, staying focused on what’s most meaningful. Whether you are in a difficult season or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
