Take your time unpacking the past while building steadier ground for what’s next.
I understand the tension of balancing personal growth with giving to others – maybe you feel stretched thin, or like your own needs are always second. I help individuals and couples uncover the quiet parts of themselves, face self-doubt, and build stronger self-esteem so they can live more fully and more connected.
Growing up in a multicultural home and moving often, I saw early how identity, belonging, and expectations can pull someone in multiple directions. Those experiences sparked my passion for helping people who feel misunderstood, unseen, or isolated—especially around culture, identity, and self-worth.
In therapy, I bring warmth, curiosity, and steady support. We’ll explore what matters to you, not what seems possible for others. I draw on tools like coping strategies, relational work, and identity-affirming approaches to help you grow confidence, reduce anxiety, and strengthen your relationships.
I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am dedicated to creating a space where you can drop the mask, be seen, and move toward self-respect, authenticity, and real connection.
