Rebalance. Recharge.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re going through? Have you lost your confidence, perhaps blaming yourself for everything? Therapy can offer a safe place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a clear direction.
I work with individuals navigating: life transitions, relationship challenges, academic or career stress, struggle with boundaries, self-worth, and purpose. I have a particular interest in supporting young adults who are in seasons of change or self-definition. In our work together, my goal is to help you better understand your inner world, feel safe and more confident being emotionally honest- with yourself and others. Please know you will be met with no judgment from me.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a curiosity that truly seeks to understand you. Meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely understood rather than pressured to “fix” yourself. Our work is primarily relational and reflective, with practical structure-such as learning coping skills, mindfulness practices, or small between-session exercises to support continued insight and growth.
I work in an attuned, thoughtful way that integrates insight with practical support. Therapy often involves exploring patterns that keep one stuck, increasing awareness of how emotions and thoughts shape our behavior, and strengthening trust in our perspective and choices. I value being both supportive and gently directive, and I believe growth is most sustainable when it occurs within a relationship marked by respect, compassion, and authenticity.
Above all, therapy with me is a guided partnership. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriately challenging. We’ll stay focused on what feels most meaningful for you. Whether you are in a difficult season or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
